The sale of 25 mid-market apartments has begun, with purchase prices starting at €420,000 (v.o.n.).

The homes range from 63 to 71 m² and are located on the 1st through 12th floors of New Maas. Each apartment features 1 bedroom, a private indoor storage unit, and space in the shared bicycle storage area beneath the building.

The apartments are fully move-in ready, tailored to the buyer’s preferences. They include a Bruynzeel kitchen with Bosch built-in appliances, a complete luxury bathroom with Villeroy & Boch fixtures and tiles, PVC flooring, and wall finishes. Each apartment also offers a balcony and a sunroom, providing perfect outdoor spaces.

Due to a regulation by the Municipality of Rotterdam, these homes are capped in their sales price. You are eligible if you will live in the apartment yourself (self-occupancy requirement) and if you do not sell the apartment within five years. Sale is possible with approval from the Municipality of Rotterdam, for example if you need to relocate for work, go through a divorce, or lose your job. This arrangement ensures better accessibility of the Rotterdam housing market, since investors are not able to purchase these homes.

For purchasing a mid-market apartment in New Maas there are no additional financial restrictions such as an income threshold.

Initially, it will not be possible to purchase a parking space with these mid-market apartments. Buyers will be placed on a waiting list for parking space availability.
