At the request of interested buyers, we have further developed several linked apartments together with the architect.

The New Maas XL apartments range from 125 to 140 m² and feature two or three bedrooms – often with walk-in closets – and two bathrooms, a spacious living room with beautiful views of Rotterdam, the water, and/or greenery, and a luxurious open kitchen with an island. These apartments also include multiple balconies and sunrooms. Beneath the building, each apartment comes with two parking spaces (expandable to up to four spaces via a lift system).

The New Maas XL apartments boast a very luxurious interior finish: high-end kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and wall finishes, all tailored to the buyer’s preferences, and included in the purchase price (v.o.n.).

The apartments will remain two separate property titles, meaning that in the future, you could convert them back into two individual apartments.

Many of the apartments in New Maas will be below the NHG (National Mortgage Guarantee) limit so better mortgage terms will apply. The A+++ energy label means € 30,000 extra borrowing capacity.
